Refund policy

Due to the nature of handmade products, I am unable to accept returns or exchanges, but please contact me at inquiryadjoy@gmail.com if you have problems with your order.

I cannot guarantee that you would be able to cancel the order once an order has been placed. You can only cancel an order before it is shipped with detailed information provided. Please verify all information including correct address and spelling before you place an order. I am not liable for delays due to incomplete/incorrect information, shipping delays, etc.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately within 48 hours with photos of the damage and a description of the damage. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges.

Refunds
Refunds may only be approved for damaged or defective products. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact me at inquiryadjoy@gmail.com so I can evaluate the issue.

I will notify you once I have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since I have approved your return, please contact me.
