Shipping policy

Shipping via Standard USPS Ground Advantage™ on USA Orders (Lower 48 States Only). No International Shipping available at this time.

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Additional processing time is required during holidays or around major sales.

I cannot guarantee that you would be able to cancel the order once an order has been placed. You can only cancel an order before it is shipped. Please email me with detailed information at inquiryadjoy@gmail.com.

SHIPPING TIME
Please note order processing times are separate from the shipping times. My processing time is usually 3 to 5 business days and please allow for additional shipping times. I use USPS Ground Advantage™ as the only delivery service at this time. They provide tracking service and they ship to the final destination within 5 to 7 business days. I ship only to the lower 48 States in the USA. No international shipping available at this time. It is outside of my control over shipping once the package is scanned by the post office. RECEIPT/DOCUMENTATION
You should receive an order confirmation via email with the details of your order. If you do not receive your confirmation email shortly, please check your “spam” folder or “junk mail” folder. A hard copy of the receipt will not be included with your package.
